24-hour Operation Control Centre (OCC) which is able to monitor parking sites managed by us, 24 hours, 7 days per week.
This is a comprehensive solution for us, enabling us to remotely control our on-site parking system, including the ability to raise and lower the barrier arm.
The IP intercom and IP camera installed gives us audio and visual contact that enables us to communicate with the parker at the entrances and exits at any time whenever the parker requires our assistance.
In the event of any on-site equipment malfunction, the OCC is alerted immediately and is able to take control of the parking system while waiting for the staff/technician to arrive and ensure that there is minimum inconvenience to the parker.
